Nagaon Beach:

Situated just 7 kilometers from Alibaug, this coastal gem is also referred to as Satad beach. For an unforgettable experience, it stands out as one of the top tourist destinations in Alibaug.

Kashid Beach:

Kashid is a beach village in Murud taluka on the shores of the Arabian Sea, in the North Konkan region of MaharashtraIndia. It is located 15 km from Murud City and 135 km from Mumbai on the Alibag-Murud road. The beach is wedged between two rocky hills in a semi circular arch and is located in between the stretch of the sea in North Konkan between Mandwa and Murud-Janjira. Water sports activities are available on the beach during peak hours. Hotels and homestays are available all along the State highway which runs close to the beach. 

 

Alibaug Beach:

Visitors can explore the 400-year-old Ganesh temple nearby for a cultural experience. Enjoy the spectacular sunset views from the beach. What sets this beach apart is its refreshing sea breeze and inviting sandy shores. Indulge in local delicacies like coconut drinks and Vada pav, a specialty of Alibaug. Kolaba Fort:

There’s no denying the allure of exploring forts, an experience cherished by many at least once in their lives. The mysterious tales shrouding these forts always entice us to embark on such adventures. One such captivating destination in Alibaug is the Kolaba Fort, situated just 1-2 kilometers off the shores of Alibaug, beckoning visitors with its history and charm.

Murud Janjira Fort:

The fort stands as a remarkable architectural feat, boasting intricate stone carvings at its main entrance depicting six elephants ensnared by a single tiger, symbolizing the Siddis’ valor. Encircling the fort are 23 imposing bastions, each towering approximately 30-40 feet high, preserving their grandeur to this day. Notable among them are three mighty cannons named ‘Kalal Bangadi,’ ‘Landa Kasam,’ and ‘Chavi,’ crafted from a combination of five metals.

Koti-Kanasar:

Kanakeshwar Forest emerges as a prominent attraction in Alibaug, celebrated for its dense foliage housing a diverse array of rare flora and fauna. Moreover, its consistently cool climate, coupled with the refreshing breezes from its location along the Konkan coast near Alibaug, adds to its allure, making it a must-visit destination for tourists.

Kihim Beach

Revdanda Beach:

Revdanda beach is located at a distance of 17 km from Alibaug in Maharashtra. Every time we visit the beach, the roaring waves crash on the beach and the clear waters are truly exhilarating. Camping on the beach is one of the best experiences at this beach.

Birla Temple:

The Birla Temple Alibaug is located on a hilltop, and visitors need to climb a flight of stairs to reach the temple. The temple is open from 6 am to 9 pm, and there is no entry fee. Visitors are advised to dress modestly and maintain silence inside the temple premises. Photography is not allowed inside the temple.

Datta Mandir:

Datta Mandir is one of them and is considered as one of the oldest temple of the region. The Datta Mandir (Temple) is situated on a small hillock at Chaul, which is around 15 kilo meters from Alibag town of Maharashtra. Chaul is a quaint valley which is just beside Akshi and Nagaon village of Raigad district.

Rameshwar Temple, Chual:

Rameshwar Mandir is a temple located in Revdanda, Maharashtra, India. It is a very ancient temple of Lord Shiva. The Chaul region is known for its temples. There are 365 temples in Chaul, equal to the number of days in a year. The date of construction is not known, but the temple has been renovated several times. In the front there is a large pond known as pokharan in Marathi. The Mandir has three tanks (called kund in Marathi): parjanya kund, agni kund, and wayu kund, representing three elements of nature—Rain , fire, and air.
